Its not about the hospital staff's work, cleanliness was never an issue etc... These people needed to remove my grandmother from the core of the hospital in order to free up a bed... They enticed my family with promisses of larger rooms to accomodate more people... Once we were in their care, it seemed they couldn't get her out fast enough...
