I was a patient from October 1, 2012 until February 2013. Dr Bash was my doctor. I was diagnosed with heel spurs through an Emergency Room. Dr Bash also diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis and achilles tendentious. I was diagnosed with only an xray. Dr Bash sent me to therapy for a month. That didn't help. He then just told me to continue to wear a walking boot that I was given. And finally...
