Love living at Premier Lofts, the staff is fantastic and the building is kept very clean. Maintenance has always responded quickly and have always been professional. Beautiful apartments in a truly great neighborhood. Only issue is rents in Denver, especially this area...you could find a cheaper mortgage. Other than that - best apartment building I've lived in, would highly recommend.

Very nice environs. Though on street level facing West it can get dark during the afternoon (keeping shades closed). Bathroom fixtures could use an update, loft staircases seem dangerous (dark, hard, slick). Amenities are pretty great- dog washing room, roof top, hot tub, not sure it's worth the added cost.
