Bought our first hot tub and couldn't be happier with James and the team. Minor glitch with manufacturer was quickly taken care of and service/support has been all that James promised. Hope to upgrade in a couple years! Keep up the good work!

My wife and I bought a Burlington spa in July. All I can say is "wow". James is excellent at what he does-run his business and take care of customers. James modified our deck to accept the larger Burlington at little cost to us. The spa is working great. Jimmy (now there is a likable guy) went thru the chemicals and upkeep with us and didn't try to sell us the whole world. I would recommend...
