Room was clean, spacious and modern. Close to the Galleria and a few
good restaurants.

Staff was a bit on the unaccomodating side. When we arrived they claimed
they didn't have our booking reservation in the system and made us
wait 15 minutes and then gave us a room by entering a new reservation.
The next morning they were about to charge me the normal rate instead of
