I completely agree with the review below that states how easy it is to hear the person living above. I can hear their every footstep, and the pounding I hear through the ceiling constantly keeps me awake. I enjoy the layout and storage space this apartment provides, but the noise issue is a big one. These apartments are not as bad as the previous reviews have stated. First of all, they are huge and have plenty of storage. The kitchen could be bigger. The windows allow for a great cross breeze through the apartment so you don't have to turn on your A/C as soon. The paint on the walls could be a little better, it tends to come off if you try to clean anything off of them.
