She should not be a broker anymore period she held my money for two whole months. I gave her 4500 of money for a three bedroom apartment in August the money included a months rent a security deposit and her fee as a broker for finding the place. Upon finding the place the move in date was Sept 1st. Once we came close to sept 1st she made excuse after excuse on why the apartment was not ready, I was patience until i realized that something was wrong when sept 15 rolled by and I still wasnt in my apartment with her still having her fee for no service. I called my bank up and discovered that the checks that i gave her were spent in August. This is when I started becoming furious with her. She lied about the apartment being mine because she spent the money which violates the rights of the potential tenant.
To make a long story short she gave me my money back only after i had to spend more money to retain a lawyer to get it back for me she is a joke and if you go to her office you have been warned.
Pamela Mays is the WORST broker I have ever dealt with. She will take your money, become irate, irrational and verbally slam you if you ask for your money back because she couldn't fullfill your needs. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. Poor, poor, poor "work" ethic.
I had to get lawyers involved to get my money back. She tells a sad story to get you to trust her and that's when your suckered in. Money order or check that's all you should give her. Please don't hand her cash. PLEASE!!!
No communication what so ever. Just takes your money and makes you wait. wont answer calls after money has been given. I don't recommend this realtor to anyone. Find someone who will actually help, in a timely fashion.
Do not use this realty because they do not help u with getting apartment properly they sighn papers that the land lord is suppose to sigh i had seen an apt after giving money for the apt found out that the land lord had no idea of when i was moving in or had sighned the papers that had her signature. They did not want to return my moneyand took them to court and they didnt even show up. Still...

Pamela is a thief. She steals money from you, refuses to refund it, shows apartments that she is not the broker for, and she is the nastiest person ever. She will stand right up to your face, wave her hands and arms at you, threaten you and call you names. She will harass you via phone and text messages, and tell you how "Well protected" her business is. Oh, she also tape records each...
