The appearance of the kids zone was very dark & I felt it to be unsafe for all the little children playing there. I could not see my child very well due to lack of light and had safety concerns

Extremely poor lighting in Kids Zone! All the parents we complaining of the poor lighting, several spoke with the manager on duty & were told that the manager just spoke with HR & they passed inspection. Not that they would look into it.

My son loved the games. However, the facility itself is dirty. The carpets in the Shawnee Mission location looked like they had seen WAY better days. I actually witnessed a customer spit on the floor (in front of staff) & nothing was done. The spit was still there on our way out the door. I have a nine month old who is just learning how to walk and I couldn't stomach the idea of her possibly...

Over priced, waste of time for small children, and has inconsiderate management and staff. Have a special needs son who was 1 inch over the new kids zone height and they refused to allow him in. Will NEVER return to this place again.
