My lawn mower would not crank. I called them and they suggested a tune up. They said it would be $59.95 plus the cost of any parts, if any where needed. I took the mower to them. In person, they told me that they would call me before installing any parts. I told them to not replace the air filter and spark plug because, in an effort to get the mower running myself I had purchased a new spark...

Awesome - I will totally go back. After being blown off for 3 weeks by another company who said they would have my part in a week, I finally gave up (South Side Total Power on Broadway - no good). Power at Hand had the part when they said they would at a fair price, and their people are smart and friendly.
