I am a beginner snowboarder and Powder Ridge has a great bunny hill area to learn. It can get pretty packed on the bunny hill but if you go at off-peak times, it's no problem.
Though it's not very big, it's a nice place to take the kids skiing and snowboarding. Save money on the season passes. The only thing is the food there is quite expensive for what you get.

Very nice, well maintained ski area. Reasonable pricing. Friendly employees. Just the right size with lots of extras. Also provides room for banquets. Also has entertainment on ocassion.
