He was very professional and friendly. He called the company, explained my problem, and got me a free replacement part for my vacuum! I was truly thankful as I had spent weeks trying to get satisfaction from another vacuum repair store. I will be happy to recommend Russ to all my friends!

he came on time and was very professional. the only thing I didnt like was that he charged me for tne full houre for a very small and miner fix , he spend at my house maybe 15 minutes

Poway Vacuum & Sewing is the place to come to if you are looking for a new appliance. It also carries replacement parts and belts. The store stocks a wide variety of all of the major appliance brands and the staff will go out of their way to order any part you need. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
