In Short One of Williams Sonoma's three retail branches, Pottery Barn started with dishware and crystal, and then expanded its inventory to include everything from shower curtains and linens to leather couches and bed frames. They have the cutest kids bedding, complete set to decorate the whole room. THe prices a high, the items are quality though. THe store is cramped and usually crowded making to somewhat difficult to get help. The staff is friendly once youare able to get someones attention. I have gone twice looking for a particular item and it was sold out so I had to order on line.

This store offered a great selection of merchandise and it seems to hold up well, however the stores are overcrowded and are hard to get around in. Seems abit cluttered and always have to ask for help because things are so close together. Other than that the staff is very helpful and we have never had a problem with anything being out of stock.
