I went in for new tile for my kitchen and walked out knowing I would never do business here. When I stated I was looking for tile, the salesman told me that was the most expensive option in a way that implied I couldn't afford it. He also seemed inconvenienced when I asked if they would be able to install it.

Terrible customer service. I had to have new carpeting installed. The salesman never told me that I would need a special vacuum cleaner to vacuum the new carpeting. Besides that, the carpet installers arrived to install the new carpet, but they said they did not know they were installing carpeting in a townhouse. …
