I understand the purpose of convenience fees, but a mark up of 3x the shipping cost of USPS is ridiculous. This is the only Postal Annex I go to. Bernardo is friendly, fast and efficient. I had questions and he answered them and gave me the best possible option. He is fantastic. Great store, lots of products and gifts. And great customer service. With the holiday's coming up I will be shipping all my packages here. I would recommend this Postal Annex to everyone. Thanks for the great service!!!!!

I agree with Audra. This is a convenient, friendly store. Located in a smaller shopping center, so it's less of a hassle to go to this location, especially during the holiday season.

I actually took advantage of a Yelp offer they had. The woman who helped me was very informative and helpful. She was nice as well. You don't always find nice people in postal industry. Their PO boxes are actually the cheapest around that I found too, so that was a perk. Highly recommend going here. Great experience all the way around.
