This was my first visit.. I went to Postivie Change as a complete skeptic. My husband came with me and wanted to know if it was ok to go into the room with me. They said it would be ok. Not knowing what to expect I said OK, but DO NOT mention my weight . The paper I filled out knows what it is, so there is no need for you to mention it out loud. Within 10 minutes he knew my weight. I was very disappointed that my wishes were not followed. I go back in a few days and hopefully will not have this young woman that initially took all the information. If I do, I plan to request...

I went to the Positive Changes with two main goals; to lose those perverbial last ten pounds and to improve my golf game.

After my first visit, I knew losing those ten pounds was going to be easy, and it was. I am at my ideal weight now and could not be more happy.

My golf game is improving too and I expect that to continue until I am playing to my full potential.

I recommend Positive Changes whole-heartedly.
