crappy equipment

Experienced malfunctioning hospital bed such as either head of bed won't come up or down w/electric switch or whole bed wont come up or down. Was asked can it wait until tomorrow to come service the bed. why wait until tomorrow when youo have to turn a heavy patient and hurt your back? Worst comany I've ever experienced.
