Terrible customer service. The photographers do not listen. I only wanted a picture of both my boys (9.99 deal) and she made me say no to every single picture before she let me have the deal. Then, the printer jammed and I didn t even get pictures after being there for 2 HOURS! They are mailing them to me, but said they may get damaged in the mail and they probably won t arrive in time for...

We have 3 kids ages 5 and under and have visited Portrait Innovations several times. They are ALWAYS late making customers wait (even when we have had a 9AM apt) and they always insist on taking all the images in both locations in the studio - very annoying if you don't even like the background they are using. Horrible! We came here to get pictures done of my whole family for the first time. We came home from Texas and were very excited to finally have the whole family together. They never said when to smile or that they were getting ready to take a picture so in all of them my dad was not smiling. The worst experience ever. made up "policies" by the minute. expected infant to last for "an entire photo shoot-1 hour". refused to take pictures after we told them infant would never last that long and we only wanted a few shots to choose from anyway. "wasnt their policy" to do less than an entire photo shoot. AWFUL!
