Horrible Customer Service!! Called to make an appointment and get packaging information. The receptionist was not rude but very rushed and indifferent. I asked her if she was busy and had time to answer questions, she sighed and said "go ahead". When I explained what I wanted, she informed me that I had the wrong studio. They do not offer that. I wished she had tried to accommodate me by...
Well this the second time we have been to portrait innovations in Baton Rouge and it is packed. They dont have the staff to keep up with the work load. So if you dont have the staff to do the job dont make all these appointment. We have been sitting here over 30 minutes and still have a bunch of families in front of us. Whats the point of making an appointment, the worst service ever,
