Help us make it rightHorrible maintnence and over half do not understand english. Pools have a film over the top of the water, floors and side walls are greean and I recently found a tampon floating in the pool! The hallways here always smell of dog urine, our apartment has no hot water to do dishes (which I have reported several times as well as the pool). This place is horrible and deffinatly not worth the price im paying! Management here is so horrible, they act like two year olds when it comes to handling matters. I will be leaving a.s.a.p. I would not recomend this place to ANYONE. You will regret moving in just as me and others here at Portofino.
In my apartment my kitchen and bedroom is a little smaller then I would like.. But it's livable.
I find the apartment very homely with lot's of parking space.The maintenance guys are also very effective. My only turn-off is packages get missing at the front door most of times :(
I wish they can provide security camera's in the hallways, but generally, this is a quiet and peaceful community.
Living at Portofino has been quite a pleasant place to live for almost 2 years. They've renovated the buildings and are in the process of resurfacing the parking lots. It is a quiet community that offers Blood drives, car washes and local fruit stands to prosper. It was a nice experience.
I stayed in biscayne blvd. I lived in an apartment and it have its up and down like on everything else. First, the apartment look good and it have nice view. And it close to the beach, mall, nice restaurant,and so on. The downside is the parking lot. When i get home from work, i cant find parking lot. They reslly should have visitors parking.
I love this place my apartment is very nice and clean the staff is very helpful the neighborhood is lovely everything is walking distance nice friendly neighbors I love the gym in the pool I can get my workout on . Close to major highways and mall a lot of place to eat at walking distance.
