On the 30th floor of the U.S. Bank Tower, Portland City Grill has one of the best views in town. I was there a few weeks ago an had a great experience. A wonderful view, excellent food and very helpful staff. I am not a big red meat eater but I went for a steak, good choice, very tender and juicy, cooked perfectly pink. Oh, the downside, it is too popular. :)
