Absolutely no customer service unless you happen to be there when the owner is there - Dolores. Dolores is in her late 70's or early 80's I think. Unfortunately her workers are useless. They do not want to help you and act like they don't want you there. I have been there twice and will never go back again.

Its technicians are available to install whatever above ground Sharkline swimming pool you are interested in, saving the hassle of finding a subcontractor to handle the process. The Pool Place is open seasonally, starting in late February to prepare for spring installations.
