I took my wife to ponderosa on mothers day. I ordered a flat iron steak with a chipotle glaze, my wife ordered salmon. The meal included the buffet and roast beef which they were out of. It took thirty minutes to recieve our food. The salmon was dry and overcooked. The steak came uncooked and without the glaze. I asked the waitress to send it back and she did. Fifteen minutes later the steak was back, raw but with the glaze. She sent in back again. Meanwhile I tried the buffet. The salad buffet was alright but everything else was unfit for human consuption. The locals ate it with gusto,...

You'd be better off eating at McDonalds.

The buffet was awful, it had not been kept fresh and was really old, the hospitalitly was less than decent. It took forever to get my steak, and when i finally did get my steak, it was almost all fat. My waitress was unfriendly, and on more than one occasion, i got up to get my own drink. You'd be better off at McDonalds.
