Poor quality of work, simple re-point needed with off-white cement, and they used portland gray cement, chimney looks horrible.

Had them in for a simple re-point , they did not match cement color properly, and took a beautiful chimney and made it look like a rookie attempted a fix...sad.

Unfortunately, my oil service recommended this outfit. Polyak Services, who was to re-point my chimney with matching off-white cement, but instead use gray portland cement, never offering, never fixing, their mistake. It now looks very bad, once a beautiful chimney, pleasing to the eye. I would stay away from this outfit, I am still greatly disturbed by their poor customer service and quality....
