I am pleased to let you know how happy we are that we chose Polar Seal Window Corp. to install our replacement windows. Your installers Greg & Eric Shaffer did an excellent job and the final results are beautiful. I am particularly pleased at how meticulous your crew was with the details of the install work, and with their cleanup. We are also pleased with the look and feel of the windows. It is a pleasure to have windows that open and close with ease, and the look is a significant upgrade from our old leaky casement windows.
Greg and Eric Shaffer did beautiful craftsmen like work removing old windows, installing the new ones, with no collateral damage to our house. Their skill, and sensitivity to our house and its' contents speaks well of their work habits and integrity.
I was apprehensive about this job. I was worried about many aspects of the job-incorrect measurements, an incorrectly built window from the factory, damage to a new window-etc., etc. -none of which came true. I am pleased to be able to tell friends and neighbors how beautiful the windows are, and how beautifully and carefully done the job was.
We really needed a tight fitting sealed window system. And we're looking forward with confidence to feeling the difference this winter. Another plus we were not expecting is how quiet the house is now- this is a real added bonus. We would recommend your firm to others without qualification. It has been a pleasure dealing with Polar Seal Window Corp. throughout the entire process from initial quote to final cleanup.
