Best fitness gym I've ever trained at. Justin and the gang each put their own personal touches on the workouts but everyone pays attention to your technique and form. They are encouraging, helpful, and light-hearted at the same time. Every time I get the opportunity to workout at Poise it puts a smile on my face.
