Older equipment that has not been very well maintained (though that improved recently), poor communication (i.e. no response) from membership director and manager when contacted about a membership issue. No one seems to be able to help if you have an issue like finding the (generally missing) toe clips for the bikes or a question about equipment. Pool often very dirty or closed. If stair access...

No heat in the winter. It's an ice box! Very unpleasant.Lots of decent equipment, courts and facility... But no money to run the heat.Shame.
