its been more then 2 month , has not received my secured card yet , and i see they charging me $ 6.00 every month , for service .. what service if i even has not received my card yet ... bunch of ...

I just closed the account on this Pnc bank .They started charging me 4 $ every month without notification and when I open the account they did not explain any thing about those charges . Not happy...
