This is a small place in Kenly Square Village shopping center. I live at the opposite end of town and still go to them as they so far have the best Chinese food for carry out. We have never eaten in at Chans, as it is a take- out restaurant. We get delivery service 90% of the time. We have eaten from many local Chinese restaurants, and this one is the best! Delivery is fast and the owner is very nice. We have never been disappointed and we order from Chans at least 2x a month.
