Beware of this place!

Nice selection/showroom, very high prices, extremely poor sales team, failed to deliver products when contracted to do so.

Twice we have ordered products from this store and both times they failed to arrive by the contracted delivery date, which delayed our remodeling projects. However, we were never given the courtesy of a call to advise us that there was going to be a delay on delivery. Rather, when the product failed to arrive, we had to call the store, listen to them make an array of excuses, then wait for them to finally do their job and deliver LATE!

This lack of basic customer service ended up costing us a significant amount of money on both occasions not only because it literally halted both of our remodeling projects, but also delayed our contractors from completing their job, which added additional hours/days/wages to our final completion price.

After speaking to several people in the trade (contractors, designers, etc.) we learned that this is a very common occurrence when dealing with Plumbing N' Things. This is why all the trades people we spoke with said they do not use this company.

In this difficult economy, I am surprised Plumbing N' Things doesn't have the professional integrity to apply proper and responsible customer service, yet expects their customers to pay top dollar for products that are available elsewhere locally and on web for up to 20% less.

After our recent experiences with this disreputable company, we have decided to take our business elsewhere for our upcoming kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. We would rather invest our $$ in companies that are honest and respect their local customers and members of the trades.
