I called Portland Mechanical Contractors. I told them that they would need two people and two ladders for saftey. They said they would be at the store at 8:00 am and call before they got there. They told me it would be 60.00 one time travel fee and $122.50 an hr for two guys. Any other trips would be free since It is no longer an estimate but a work order.

Provided emergency services to our leasee to thaw pipes for a doctor's office. Response time was excellent even though we were placed in a queue. Plumber communicated with our leasee several times with updates on his arrival time, feedback from the doctor was very positive.
