I am rating his quality of work as a 3 since I can't verify the work is completed because of a leak. I will give him 5 stars on service because he continued to call me to get the job. When he came out to do an estimate let me rephrase "ESTIMATE" he quoted us $400 for the repair to the outdoor fire pit if he had to break the concrete and $200 if he did not. The work was very well done, though the schedule went way off due to conflicts with the tiling subcontractor. There was also some confusion about the actual product installed. Yet, as I said, the work was well done and the price was satisfactory. The good work was paramount in our opinion.
