I have no idea of how this storefront can stay in business when the manners and customer service of the owner is that of a nasty, bitter woman. Good gosh. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!
This is NOW a terrible pool company. The staff has changed significantly and the service is horrible and dishonest to say the least. After several months of service this year, and a couple of thousand dollars in charges, I had to fire them for not being able to correctly open and service the pool. I took it upon myself to service the pool, and found the filter had not been cleaned... Several wall plugs were stuck in the filter.... wall plugs were still on the pool walls... the chlorination unit was not working, clogged with scale. I'm surprised that some of the equipment did not get damaged. It is July 15th, and finally the pool is usable. The company has no sense of ownership and accountability. Their focus seems to be to rack up hours on service, regardless of whether the work is completed satisfactorily. Their customer support is arrogant and shows little respect towards the customer. There is a take it or leave attitude! Let is be clear that used these guys for close to 10 years... But bad staff kills a company!
