I've had some major dental procedures as well as my twice a year checkups. The doctor and staff have always been attentive. Gave me all the optons on the work I might need. Also in helping the best way to finance some of the procedures. The 'up-to-date' equipment made my visits more efficient.

Very new to this area. I was in need of a dental office immediately due to a cracked tooth. I selected Pleasant Grove because of the location and there attention to my needs. I have to say from the front desk to the Dentist it has been a wonderful experience. I can highly recommend Dr Chu, my Dentist, his assistant (she is awesome and very caring) and everyone else.

During my first appointment they ran out of time and asked that i come back for my cleaning. When I came back I waited for an hour then had to reschedule. When I came back the third time they tried to charge me again for the same cleaning... Very, very wet cleaning. Super aggressive / rough filling :( It felt very hurried. Overly numb, could hardly talk. No pain during filling thankfully.

It is ridiculous. The staff that makes the appointments needs to pay attention more. I have come in for my appointment- jut to be told that I don't have one today. That has happened twice now. On the little reminder slip, both times, it said the date I came on. THey still insisted that I was mistaken. Plus the last time I came I told them there was something wrong with my wire, the lady said it...
