The Scene You will stop mumbling that you live in a cow town upon entering the lavish Plaza Restaurant. Located on the second floor of the Hyatt on Capitol Square (right next to City Center), this place is decorated with a slight Asian flair. The servers call everyone "sir" and "ma'am" with the utmost in kindness and the food is upscale, but the best part is the view of the regal... more
