All other Horton and Converse locations I have used displayed excellent service, always going above and beyond the call of duty for customers/patients. This location, however, on W 3rd, has left much to be desired. Though the people working in front are curteous and kind, the technicians are consistently rude and remarkably unhelpful, with no apparent concern for the effect their treatment...

I work at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, so have gone to the Horton and Converse Pharmacy on numerous occasions due to convenience. They have been polite and professional and I am impressed by how many of the products I need, they actually carry.

A couple of weeks ago I unfortunately broke up a fight with my two dogs (they love each other, but occasionally have issues over who is in charge). ...
