I recently went to playes auto sound and was very disappointed with the them all around. The service is terrible. I took my car in to get the windows tinted. The following day I noticed a scratch and went back. I was told to go ahead and return on wednesday or thursday and they would fix it for me. I returned today and was told that it was my fault and if i wanted it fix i would have to pay for it. The man who does the tint yelled at me and treated me as if i was stupid. he offended me in each and every way! DO NOT GO HERE! the service is terrible and they do not keep there word! they also attempt to rip you off. They over price everything! STAY AWAY!! There are 3 law suits already against this company along with many complaints to the BBB. I regreat not doing my research before taking my car in! DO NOT GO HERE!

A couple weeks ago (before Christmas)I walked in and was not greeted, which I did not mind, but still is a sign of what is to come. I brought my 7 year old son with me because he was showing an interest in what I was doing to the car. One person who worked there, was smoking... This was a direct violation of 6404.5. 14 A (and others). Furthermore pornography was displayed on the counters, at a level any child could see and an employee was reading another paraphernalia. I caught this and told my son to wait in the car with his older sister.

I asked for an add on for my car that was year and model specific. He sold me the part and told me that it would fit. I asked if he was sure, since I doubted it, and he assured me. His curt reply was as if I was mentally challenged. No reciept was given and he was not able to give me one. I came home since it was getting late and didn't look at the part till the next day. I saw that it was the wrong year and it would not work (I already tried it with another store, manufacturer),

I came back to the store 22 hours since my purchase, He told me that I could not return it and that I was only able to receive store credit. There was nothing else to be offered for me there, and I did not wish to ever give this so called business my money, I left. I will never return. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. Finally I have read that this company has numerous lawsuits (9 to be exact), I hope the plaintiffs win this battle and shut this scam company down.

Worst Business Ever!!!

This business does not deserve a rating, it does not deserve to be called a business, it does not even deserve to be called a corporation. They are horrible with everything they do. Customer service is the least of their problems. They are unethical. Please before you go to this business go to sdcourt.ca.gov Go to Party Search for Vista Courthouse. Type in Players Auto Sound for Defendant. This business has 5 lawsuits within the last year. Just do your research, this company is not good.
