Super fucking awful. I was quoted an hour and a half which is ridiculous already and it took them well over two hours. The girl had to just "key it in" and said it would take another 10 minutes...

Overall the people were nice and respectful but I feel like they are WAY to picky about the clothes they accept. As well as just horrible costumer service. I think there is way better consignment...

I really like this store. Their prices are so cheap! I feel like they have a lot of weird styles, like stuff with holes and slits and things. I wish they had some more mature styles of clothes....

I have gone into this store twice to sell and each time they didn't take any of my items. They look and see if you are a certain age and don't take anything. I took in a new pair of bass shoes valued at $100 that was bought last summer and never worn still in box that were wedges and they told me they were outdated. Noticed their tops are very old and shoes have smudges and discolored. A store should not be age discriminated in fact the shoes were my daughter's.
