Platinum Southside has nice and extremely responsive staff. Our air conditioning failed, and they fixed it within hours. The ground are kept up pretty well and the swimming pool is great. The apartments themselves are generally nice. The closets they have are big, and the kitchens are very big for an apartment. Basically i called to pay my rent later due to hours lost at work. 1 guy tells me ok and then 1 day later another evicts me. I call to pay my rent after i move out and get yelled out by the new "ass" manager...he quotes and quotes all of their rules..when i asked why did they agree to me paying late and then evicted me...he said "we dont work with our customers"...wow what a place to live
