Terrible customer service.Came in to rent a U haul truck and Paige in front was so disinterested in helping. Not even a "I'll be right with" you. Totally a DGAF attitude. She spent 20 minutes on the phone while i waited barely acknowledging that there was a customer waiting. Some other lady to the side was playing solitaire the whole time.

We rented a truck for two days and then tried to get a storage room and both days the lady showed up late and wasn't that friendly. We waited over a hour and after the second time they were late...

I am the Manager at Planet Storage Center. I recall this customer as he was extremely upset. The policies that he is refering to are those of Uhaul. Employees of Planet Storage Center have no influence upon them. The truck was returned with more fuel than it was dispatched with which is non-refundable. The nicest self storage facility I have ever seen. My wife feels so safe at Planet Storage. Brand new, clean and all units are on 1st floor. Staff is very nice. You can also rent U-HAUL truck and trailers there.
