I've been to both the Richmond Road and Hamburg locations. I keep trying to like Planet Salon because I've read good things about them on this website, but I just don't. The Hamburg location had a stuck up receptionist who smugly asked me if I had just been to the gym (it was my day off and I happened to be wearing yoga pants). I also had to wait for almost half an hour past my appointment time... more

The stylist rushed my visit. Did not listen to me. I even told him I did not want layers. I have short layers. Salon was dirty. Will not be back.

I have went around from salon to salon searching for someone to tell me what would look good on me. I mean your hairdresser is supposed to know better than anyone, right?
