I bought a 2003 Ford Focus SE from Planet Auto Mall. Kinney Galani said he would take it in to put brand new tires on it for me and a tune up to make sure everything is running smooth. When I went to pick up the car nothing had changed. He never put new tires on or took the car in. the salesmen just lied to me with their eyes open. the final price was $5000 more than previous settled price. the "PRO FEE" was way too expensive. After they received your money, then you are done. the manager is terrible person, not polite, rude and had no credit to customers who PAID. Before you pay, the are the god, AFTER YOUR PAID, they would never see you back.
