I've loved pizza shak for years. It had been a while but during a recent hospital visit I was craving it. The 1st thing I noticed was that they still advertise opening at 3pm but no one answered the phone till 430, no big deal. So I ordered my food and inquired why the price had gone up so much....

Phone girl was awesome and polite. Took her time to repeat the order and all my info. Pizza was hot and delicious. The bbq wings are honestly the best wing i have tasted in myrtle beach. They said the wait was 45 mins but got there way before then. I find it nice not having to give my credit card...

Absolutely horrible service... Worst at Myrtle Beach... Spent lots of money over the years... Talking in the thousands here ... One day could not order a to go pizza over the phone.. Lost my business for good ... I will never be back... A 25 year local and this company expects my repeat business.... NEVER AGAIN !!!
