I have NEVER had a good experience with this Pizza Hut location since it opened. Their pizza is either prepared incorrectly, burned and/or takes forever. Wings are small, shriveled and dry. When you walk in, this Pizza Hut feels small, but the staff is friendly and always helpful. This is our favorite pizza place in Rockford. Food is always great!!! The staff is always cheery too!!! They do get busy during Saturday and Friday nights, so if you are in a rush, this might not be the place to get a pizza in a hurry.

Heather is the only waitress doing ANYTHING here, busting her butt to serve the entire restaurant while every other employee, including the managers, sit around and do nothing. Pizza was great
