Called for take out as specialty pizzas are not listed online. No one bothered to answer the phone, so I tried MOD pizza. Will be going there from now on

I love to order my pies on their app and then do the quick drive-thru 'drive by' to pick them up. They are done in 15 mins (a little longer for pan pizzas). The app has all the specials included...

Well, they packaged my item poorly, it got damaged, I call and inform them of the accident, the owner Jake informs me that it's somehow my fault and that they won't pay insurance on it!

Seriously? Just take responsibility for your mistake and we would all be happy..
