The rating is a composite score. A food only score would be a 5.
This is a nondescript hole in the wall eatery. Some of the ceramic baseboard tiles are crumbling.
There are a few tables - all were cleared & clean. Perimeter of floors were not so well cared for.
The menu board is priceless – literally. Only beverages...
