they never delivered the order. they kept saying give the driver 5 ins. we clled over 5 times and got hung up on once. the manager was clueless and rude. they will not refund the charge,

Slow service, got my order wrong. Said they would fix it, waited 3 hours, never did. Took 2 hours after ordering to get my food. I ordered carrot cake and got chocolate cake. Ordered a salad and got no dressing. Ordered mozzarella sticks and they tasted gross.

Mystery surprise delivery service. They read your order, throw it out, and give you whatever they feel like giving you instead. Have ordered three times and each time they managed to mess up every. Single. Part. of my order. It almost has to be on purpose. Honestly incredible.

Food was gross. Threw it in the trash. The fries were undercooked. The sandwich had a weird after taste. Would never order from here again

I will never order from here again. Under no circumstances should a delivery take as long as it did without being told there would be a delay. GrubHub was wonderful in handling this issue but after three hours, no, i do not want three hour cold food. Grubhub? Great. PizzaBoli's? FAIL.
