We had Pioneer do hardwood floors and tile in our living room and kitchen in the 2010 and returned to Pioneer Hardwoods to do a bathroom remodel for us in March 2011. Pioneer Flooring & Remodeling was very thorough and professional. They were on time and trustworthy. The craftsmanship was excellent, they did not want to make any mistakes. The attention to detail was great, they really focused on the job being done correctly. They even came back to do touch-ups and to make sure everything looked nice.

When we used Pioneer Flooring & Remodeling it took a long time. We thought everything was going to be ruined before they left, but it turned out okay.

They did the floors in our home. One guy said it would be done in a day and a half, but it took five days. He was new, so he didn't know what he was talking about, but then he shouldn't have been talking as if he knew.

With Pioneer Flooring & Remodeling, the quality of the work was good, and the level of their service was right up there too. I don't know what else to say! Other than that, it's like most places: you go to the store, you pick something out, they come in and install it, and it was all fine, ya' know?
