We purchased $3000 pool from Namco last July 2010 - Hired owner Michael Fournier of Pinnacle Pools to install. Instead 3 men ages 18-22 who spoke little english and wouldn't even crack a smile when speaking w/them installed our BRAND NEW pool. Mike was not on-site!From making a mess of the yard to leaving actual rocks and sand in the bottom of pool before filling it, then they forgot to cut...

Having a problem with pool...won't return serveral call. Unprofessional, been advised pool problems are an installation problem and now it appears he won't own up. NEVER use them for anything....not even a dog house

Not a good experience. They rushed the job, left a mess in the yard, and never responded to calls about the filter leaking. I would not reccomend this company
