Get charged for the missed appointment (even though I cancelled it). Pay the fee for a "missed" appointment directly to them. Get a notice from collections a year later that you never paid it......

They've cancelled on me before (front desk people, NOT my doctor), additionally, I have waited up to an hour on numerous occasions to see my doctor (WITH appointment).
