Absolutely Horrible.

The staff have no concept of what appropriate and professional customer service entails. They routinely miss deadlines, display indifference towards their own schedules, and are very unprofessional in their retrieving of animals...dogs especially. My 6-month pregnant wife retrieved two dogs and a cat from a weekend boarding. She specifically asked to have the dogs brought out one-by-one so that she could sufficiently handle them back to the car. They agreed. Five minutes later, they brought out all three animals simultaneously and didn't even offer to help my wife deliver them to the vehicle. In the process, her debit card was lost (by the staff) and again they showed indifference to entire situation. So, after it was all said and done, we paid $340.00 to have an upset wife (which honestly is difficult to do), a lost debit card, two overly-excited dogs, and a freaked out cat. Michael Vick wouldn't even trust his dogs to these amateurs.
